   Duck confit, potato crisp, arrugula, cauliflower and almonds

Course 2 
     Fish of the day, with saffron mussel sauce, and 
     Mediterranean smashed potatoes

Course 3
   Celery, mixed nut and raisin salad with mustard vinaigrette

Course 4
     Cranberry and mixed citrus duck breast , green beans and 
      wild rice pilaf

Dessert
 choice of
       - chocolate and cherry cream layer cake
 - orange and fig flan

*Please note: cafe rama is a small restaurant of 25 seats, therefore in order to decrease last minute cancellations and no shows, we require a 50% deposit. cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to dinner. reservations without a deposit will be held for 2 days prior to deposit. also, all reservations via email must receive confirmation!
